The Senior Front Line Manager (Snr FLM) is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the facility across various core pillars: Health and Safety, Technical, SAP Compliance, People, and Waste and Downgrade (WDG) Performance. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and proactive leadership to maintain operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. The Senior Front Line Manager (Snr FLM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the facility operates with a strong emphasis on health and safety, efficiency, and food safety. This position carries the responsibility of overseeing critical aspects such as accident prevention, operational efficiency, and adherence to rigorous food safety standards.
