Based in our new Sofia office, we are looking for a Senior Client Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Client Engineer at LNW you will work within our development team to create a wide variety of online slot games using our in-house client framework and other in-house development tools. Working with a team of 3 other developers,and having line management responsibility for that team, you will be expected to ensure that the client is delivered on time and toa good quality You will alsobe responsible forallocatingwork within the team and keeping track of the other developers’ progress.

In order tobe successful in the role, you must have several years of development experience in a professional setting. You should also have a proventrack recordofpreviousleadership. Although you will receive plentiful help from other team members, you should be able to manage your own time and solve problems independently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop new JavaScript casino games alongside other developers

• Lead the game client development, ensuring it is delivered on time and to a high standard

• Integrate art and sounds provided by other members of the team

• Fix any game issues found by our internal quality assurance (QA) team or by external clients

• Hold daily stand ups to share progress with the team working on the game

• Integrate new APIs and modifications provided by our in-house game framework

• Plan the game production in detail prior to starting development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

• Several years of development experience in a professional setting

• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript and at least oneadditionalprogramming language

• Basic understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5 and CSS3

• Strong leadership qualities, ideally with experience leading a small team

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Good coding and development practices

Preferred Experience:

• Good knowledge using Typescript and Node.js

• Previousexperience working with a game of any kind, particularly gambling games

• Knowledge of a wide range of programming languages

• Experience with agile development working in sprints

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins

• Hands-on experience with Linux command line tools and using the shell
