What You Will Do
- Design and implement user interfaces using React and TypeScript to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize application performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Utilize AWS and Airflow for efficient data processing and workflow management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues to improve application reliability and performance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the technical direction of the product.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Python for backend integration and data manipulation.
- Experience with AWS services and familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Solid understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks or libraries.
Compensation and Benefits
