THE DIVISION:
Jonas Softwareis the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions in 17 vertical industries. Within each vertical market, Jonas boasts a group of market-leading brands, all of which are respected and longstanding leaders within their own domain. Jonas is an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) - publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CSU. Constellation Software Inc. acquires,maintains, supports, and enhances software systems for life. This position is part of our Jonas Club ERP's global R&D team. Worldwide, over 2,200 clubs in more than 17 countries with memberships ranging from 100 to 20,000,utilizethe Jonas Club ERP software to build and enrich member relationships, increase revenues, and decrease costs.

THE POSITION:
We areseekinga motivateda SeniorFront-End Developerwith deep Reactexpertiseto lead the design and development of user‑focused web applications across the Jonas product suite. This role is particularly important as we scale ourfrontendcapabilities and expand modern UI experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor other engineers, and help drivefrontendarchitecture and best practices. The successful hire will work from the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office as part of the resource-center team that is an extension of the division-based R&D department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadfrontendarchitecture and development using React and related technologies.

• Define and enforce frontend architecture, standards, and best practices.

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern CSS frameworks, including Bootstrap

• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.

• Define and enforce standards for frontend code quality, accessibility, and performance.

• Mentor and coach mid‑level and junior frontend developers.

• Participate in technical planning, design reviews, and product discussions.

• Advocate for user experience best practices across the frontend organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years offrontenddevelopment experience with a strong focus on React.

• Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Proven experience using Bootstrap in production applications.

• Strong understanding offrontendarchitecture, state management, and performance optimization

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Provenability to build software with a security-first mindset, including awareness of secure coding practices and data protection

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with modern build tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

• Familiarity with design systems, UIcomponentlibraries, and accessibility standards.

• Experience with cross‑team leadership and distributed team models.
