Join Axpo Polska as a (Senior) Front Business Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting trading operations, improving processes, and driving automation. Be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of energy in Poland.

What you will do:

• Provide operational support for trading, origination, and portfolio management activities.

• Coordinate tasks across teams, including Key Accounts, Risk, Accounting, and Trading Infrastructure Management.

• Ensure smooth execution of trades, accurate settlements, and reliable data flow in the Polish energy market.

• Analyze current processes, validate and test new solutions, and oversee their implementation.

• Drive process improvements and resolve complex operational and data-related challenges.

• Develop and enhance automation for workflows, data handling, and operational processing.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree (Master's preferred) in Economics, IT, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of process workflows involving data and document processing.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.

• Good programming skills in Python & GCP

• Intellectual curiosity with the ability to analyze complex topics in depth.

• Experience in process efficiency, optimization, and data processing automation (an advantage).

• Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry (a plus).

• Strong team player with excellent communication and customer orientation skills.

• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
