Job Description

Pizza Hut North Asia Franchise Markets (NAFM). 7 markets. Around 1,500 restaurants. Nearly USD 1 billion in system sales. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Mongolia — each one distinct, each one buzzing with potential.
We operate across Delivery, Carryout, Dine-In and Aggregator channels, serving millions of guests every year. As we continue our journey to become "Younger & More Everyday" and "Digital First", we're looking for an operations leader who can help our franchise partners unlock growth, strengthen profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Senior Franchise Operations Business Partner is the strategic business partner to our franchisees across North Asia. This role exists to help franchise partners grow stronger businesses — improving sales, profitability, operational execution, and long-term sustainability.
You will work closely with franchise leadership teams and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and accelerate performance. You will bring together commercial thinking, operational expertise, and relationship leadership to influence outcomes and create lasting business impact. To broaden impact, you will gain exposure to market strategy, franchise economics, cross-functional leadership, and regional business performance across a diverse portfolio of markets.
Success in this role means helping franchisees win — delivering stronger Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG), improved Operating Profit, higher guest satisfaction, and sustainable restaurant growth across the region.
This is an ideal opportunity for an operations leader looking to broaden their commercial and strategic leadership experience on the path toward a future General Manager role.

• Partner with franchisees to improve sales, profitability, and restaurant performance.

• Translate operational and financial insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen business performance.
• Guide action plans that strengthen unit economics, improve productivity, and deliver sustainable business results.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners and leadership teams.

• Act as the primary marketing interface and trusted advisor for your franchise partners.

• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Support franchise teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all channels.
• Lead implementation of key operational initiatives, new product launches, and business programs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale operational best practices across markets.

Lead with Insight: Ground every conversation in evidence, not opinion.
• Use operational, financial, and guest data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate insights into practical actions that improve performance.

Bring Your Best Self… Here’s What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education

  • 12+ years’ experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, QSR, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success driving business performance and operational excellence across multiple markets.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of influencing profitability and business outcomes.
  • Experience in regional and/or matrixed organizations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.
