Job Description

What impact you'll make?

This is a position on the One Field Services (OFS) Finance team for the Gas Power Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) Global Services business. The OFS Senior FP&A Manager is responsible for developing and driving the execution of high-value initiatives that directly impact business performance — in partnership with Operations, Regional, and HQ finance. It requires an in-depth understanding of the key business and cost drivers, and of how the team's work integrates with and contributes to the wider finance organization.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the financial cycle end to end - forecasting, analysis, and cost-out initiatives - and provide finance & ops partners with timely, accurate data.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close and reporting, ensuring accuracy of financials and timely KPI reporting, including variances to plan.
  • Own headcount reporting and resolve people-cost/FPC queries.
  • Drive planning cycles: use deep cost knowledge to produce reliable short- and medium-term forecasts, connecting recent trends to the underlying base-cost picture.
  • Lead transformation and simplification projects that improve visibility, profitability, and process efficiency, freeing up capacity for higher-value analysis.
  • Develop frameworks and risk models to assess projects across their full lifecycle, surface risks proactively, and clearly communicate results to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner and subject-matter expert to operating teams, championing best practices and influencing operational strategy.
  • Build relationships with accounting, regional, and cross-functional teams to drive completeness, regular visibility, and full liquidation of costs.
  • Leverage IT systems to automate reporting and data collection where manual processes currently exist.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (this is a must for Hungary) or equivalent experience.
  • Major experience in FP&A, accounting, or audit
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential

  • Strong analytical skills: able to link financial results to operational drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
  • Clear thinking and problem solving, with a track record of leading process improvement in a finance or operations function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex business issues clearly and concisely.
  • High integrity in decisions, communications, actions, and dealings with others.
  • Confidence and assertiveness, with strong cross-functional influencing skills.

What will make you stand out

  • Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)
  • A passion for collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex operational and financial problems.
  • Robust time management, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience driving process simplification and excellence using contemporary data tools, particularly the Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
  • Quick to grasp new ideas and adapt.

Additional Notes:

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
  • This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
  • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
