About the Role
This is a hands-on senior FP&A manager role where your day-to-day will revolve around numbers, models, and process improvement—not just PowerPoint slides. You’ll own the reporting packs, make sense of the data, and turn numbers into insights, commentary, and advice that leaders can actually use. Business partnering is part of the job, but it’s not the headline act (around 20%). You’ll be building and improving reporting packs, digging into data, and making sure systems and processes actually work.
