We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our UK Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting. Working closely with the Global FP&A team, Financial Accounting team, and budget holders, you will deliver accurate insights that inform strategic decisions. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide financial guidance and influence decisions that support growth and operational efficiency.
You'll be;
Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by gathering inputs and updating models.
Supporting in preparing P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow forecasts.
Assisting in the development of forecasting models, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
Preparing variance analysis and assisting in monthly reporting packs for review by the Finance Director.
Reviewing departmental spending and provide commentary on variances to budget holders.
Preparing channel and departmental P&Ls with accurate reconciliations.
Performing detailed analysis and provide data-driven insights to support projects and cost control.
Analysing sales trends and performance metrics for UK/EU/ROW regions, providing data-driven recommendations that support growth and strategic planning.
Supporting global FP&A finance team with ad hoc analysis.
Assisting in KPI reporting and reconciliation of sales data to BI reports.
Assisting with audit preparation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Working closely with wider Finance teams to deliver seamless financial operations and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives to assist the wider business.
Assisting where necessary with delivery of the ERP project.
You'll have;
Qualifed accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE in FP&A or Commercial finance.
Commercial awareness, understands business drivers and their financial impact.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive with a questioning and challenging mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and seniority levels.
Experience with international wholesale (B2B) and e-commerce business models is desirable.
D365 and PowerBI experience preferred.
Strong excel skills.
