We are a growing, fast-paced finance team looking for a FP&A Analyst to join us on a permanent basis to support the business planning cycle and provide insightful analysis to the senior management team.

Who are you?

You are a person who has previous experience in working within a fast- paced, B2B environment and is looking to add value to the business, both within the finance function and across the organisation. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities and be proactive in seeking to change and improve existing processes.

It is essential that you are experienced managing and analyzing financial data, including financial modelling. You will also be an excellent communicator who is comfortable articulating financial concepts to non-financial users. You will come in and immediately play an important role in the operational activities of the global business.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the FP&A function and business planning cycle, owning relevant aspects of the annual budget, and modelling future forecast scenarios
  • Analyzing financial data to support management reporting and FP&A activities
  • Support system improvements and integrations to automate business processes
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for the board and other internal and external stakeholders

Must have skills/experience:

  • Excellent using Excel with previous experience of financial modelling
  • Previous experience in working within a fast-paced, B2B environment
  • Previous experience in an FP&A function (min. 3 years)
  • Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders desirable

Salary will depend on your experience and will be highly competitive. All our packages include an annual bonus based on the Company’s performance, so we are all incentivised to over-achieve!
