
ARS is seeking a Senior FMS Acquisition Manager to support the WLI-FMS program at Wright-Patterson AFB.
The selected candidate will provide acquisition and program management support across the Foreign Military Sales lifecycle, including Security Assistance case planning and execution, requirements development, acquisition documentation, financial and schedule management, risk management, logistics and sustainment coordination, and support to key program reviews and milestones. The role will also support the development and coordination of FMS-related documentation such as Letters of Request, Letters of Offer and Acceptance, pricing and availability data, acquisition strategies, integrated schedules, briefings, and other programmatic products while coordinating with Government stakeholders, international partners, and supporting organizations.
