Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of Flutter architecture and state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience developing and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Strong understanding of secure mobile application development, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure data storage.
• Experience working on FinTech, digital banking, payment gateways, wallets, lending platforms, or other financial applications is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Firebase services, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app deployment processes.
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for financial products and services.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile components following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate secure APIs and payment-related services while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across Android and iOS platforms.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and production defects.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote development best practices within the team.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Stay updated with Flutter, mobile development, and FinTech technology trends to recommend continuous improvements.
