Job Description

• Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are properly recorded, classified, and updated.
• Monitor asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and write-offs in compliance with accounting policies.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile with accounting records.
• Calculate and review asset depreciation (monthly/yearly) in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all company assets.

  Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
• Prepare fixed asset reports, schedules, and supporting documents for monthly and yearly closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations related to fixed assets.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting & Finance Manager.



• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  
• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with strong exposure to fixed assets.
• Solid understanding of fixed asset accounting, depreciation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems/ERP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  High attention to detail and accuracy.

  Good organizational and time management skills.
  
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, asset tracking).
  
• 
  Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
