Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Finishing Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing works for residential and commercial projects, including painting, tiling, and carpentry. The Senior Finishing Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of finishing technicians to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of finishing technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. - Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of finishing works. - Inspect and assess project sites to determine the scope of work and necessary materials. - Perform a variety of finishing works, including painting, tiling, and carpentry. - Ensure all finishing works are completed to high-quality standards and within project timelines. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the finishing process and provide solutions. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. - Train and mentor junior finishing technicians to develop their skills and knowledge. - Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates on project progress. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing works for residential and commercial projects. - Strong knowledge and experience in painting, tiling, and carpentry. - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. - Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications are a plus.
