FSA provides advice and guidance to clients while helping to deepen investment relationships and serve as Preferred clients primary point of contact within the Financial Center. The FSA will identify, profile and meet with clients to analyze and review financial goals. Engages customers in the lobby for delivery of store value proposition. The FSA will triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Participates in on-going training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Complex. The role is a bridge between banking and brokerage, therefore the FSA must have a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions. The FSA should be able to provide an enterprise product view for our clients, executing referrals across banking and brokerage lines. Demonstrates proficiency with appropriate financial center systems and roadmap experience to offer enterprise-wide solutions to client based on clients life priorities.

This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Required qualifications:

· Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.

· Completion of the FSA development program for Senior FSA and meeting the minimum criteria.

· Must maintain a minimum of $50 mil in AUM on their current book.

· Must maintain a minimum of 250 Households.

· Minimum of 2 years in role as a Financial Solutions Advisor.

· Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

· Minimum of two years of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

· One year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

· Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever you put your mind to.

· Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.

· Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks and executes in a fast-paced environment.

· Efficiently manages your time and capacity.

· Is thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.

Desired qualifications:

· Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

· Obtained insurance licenses.
