In Yara Italia we are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting & Controlling Expert. This role will primarily support the VAT, Treasury, and Banking Reporting functions, operating in a highly structured and complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support for routine and periodic VAT compliance (VAT settlements, returns, reconciliations).
  • Support in the management of fiscal representations
  • Administrative activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Operational support in corporate treasury activities.
  • Management of operational relationships with banking institutions.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting to banks and management of related information flows.
  • Management and financial reporting activities, including HFM reporting.
  • Bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial transactions.
  • Support for monthly accounting close activities.
  • Collaboration with management control, audit, and group reporting functions.

Profile

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in administrative and financial roles.
  • Good knowledge of Italian VAT regulations.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Experience in financial and management reporting activities.
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Use of Power BI for analysis and reporting.
  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and procedures.

Additional Information

Some infrequent travel may be required.


This role can be based in Milano, Ravenna, or Ferrara, with a hybrid working model requiring both smart working and office attendance.
