The Role

We're looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our Finance function, reporting to the Controller / Head of Accounting. This is a hands-on role at the heart of CluePoints' multi-entity financial operations — owning the close cycle, leading group consolidation, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our reporting across four jurisdictions (Belgium, UK, Poland, and the US).

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years PQE in a group or multi-entity finance function, with solid working knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing financial statements and disclosure notes.
• Proven experience managing or supporting multi-entity statutory and group audits.
• Familiarity with consolidation tools and multi-entity ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Exposure to international tax matters — transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate income tax filings.
• IT-minded: advanced Excel, comfortable in ERP and consolidation software, and curious about AI-enabled accounting workflows.
• Accounting qualification — ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a PE-backed environment.
• Background in SaaS, life sciences, or regulated technology sectors.
• French language skills.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the monthly close cycle across group entities, delivering accurate consolidated Balance Sheet and P&L on time, every time.
• Prepare and review consolidated accounts and disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP, coordinating intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and consolidation adjustments across our four jurisdictions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for group and statutory audits — preparing audit files and liaising directly with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Identify and drive process improvements across the close and reporting cycle, leveraging Excel, NetSuite, consolidation tools, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coach and mentor accounting team members on technical accounting topics, close processes, and best practices.
• Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure outputs are clear, reliable, and decision-ready.
