Contributes to the overall success of the Caribbean Technology Strategic Portfolio team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
The Senior Financial Project Administration is responsible for providing project administration services to Value Streams and partnership with Investment Owners applying all project administration standards and templates to support the Value Stream and it's Leads in project schedule administration; project risk, issues, action and change management; dashboard reporting; vendor management and budget management, including financial forecasting
The Senior Financial Project Administration will assume responsibility for the Strategic Portfolio team's financial analysis and reporting, and will execute financial tasks related to the organization's portfolio such as forecasting, OP management and oversight, invoice processing, rate card adherence and the administration of contracts through various process tools
The Senior Financial Project Administration is responsible for delivering services and activities that fall under the team's centralization service layer to support the CIO business unit
