In this role, you will:


●

Strategically guide and provide profound financial
analysis

to the CFO and other members of the management team, transforming complex data
into actionable insights for critical decision-making, in close cooperation
with the Accounting function. This includes ensuring all analysis meets
high-quality standards and accuracy.


●

Lead the development and critical evaluation

of comprehensive business
plans and financial models, assessing their strategic implications on the
company's direction, pricing strategies, new product launches, and evolving
business models.


●

Own the continuous evolution and optimization

of the controlling
framework, spearheading the introduction of innovative improvements to
controlling processes with a high degree of personal responsibility and a
strategic vision for operational excellence.


●

Prepare

monthly shareholder reporting, robust liquidity
planning, detailed ARR and revenue reports, and insightful forecast and budget
analysis. Your work will reflect a detail-oriented approach, guaranteeing
accuracy and adherence to the highest reporting standards.

Drive the consolidation of financial data

for all legal entities of
the group, ensuring integrity, consistency, and efficiency across all reporting
structures.


●

Champion and spearhead digitalization initiatives

within the Finance function,
acting as a key advisor and driving technological adoption to enhance
efficiency and analytical capabilities. You will report directly to the CFO.


Requirements


●

A minimum of 10 years of progressive Controlling or consulting
experience in global organizations, demonstrating a proven track record of
managing complex projects and influencing various internal and external
stakeholders at a senior level.


●

A profound and nuanced understanding of intricate business
contexts, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to
translate complex financial data into strategic, actionable insights. You
possess an unwavering commitment to accuracy and the highest quality standards
in all deliverables.


●

Proven expertise in SaaS business models and key SaaS metrics
(e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, retention, etc.), with the ability to analyze and
interpret these metrics to drive strategic decision-making.


●

Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) required;
Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA)
strongly preferred.


●

Advanced technical skills, including expert proficiency with
financial modeling tools, advanced Excel (including Power Query).


●

Exceptional ability to analyze financial data with speed,
efficiency, and an detail-oriented approach, maintaining absolute proficiency
with complex accounting topics and advanced controlling frameworks. You are
adept at identifying discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.


●

A proven track record of designing, implementing, and
standardizing robust analysis methodologies and company-wide financial
processes, driving continuous improvement and best practices.


●

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal;
German knowledge advantageous.
