Senior Financial Controller

Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand

Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing

Budget: 70,000 120,000 THB/month

Work Model: 4/1 (Onsite 4 days, 1 day
off/remote)

A global
semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a seasoned finance professional with
hands-on manufacturing costing experience to lead cost planning, performance
analysis, and business partnering across their plant operations in Thailand.

What You'll Do

• Lead plant cost planning and
  controlling to meet KPIs across spending, capital, and headcount
• Provide timely and actionable
  financial analysis to management and business partners
• Oversee month-end closing,
  cost allocation, and reporting processes
• Conduct variance analysis and
  propose corrective actions
• Support investment decisions,
  make-or-buy analysis, and project justifications
• Deliver detailed financial
  modeling and scenario-based simulations
• Identify opportunities to
  improve productivity, efficiency, and cost structures

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A
  and cost analysis, ideally in a multinational manufacturing
  environment
• Strong expertise in manufacturing
  costing,
  including cost per piece calculations
• Solid knowledge of managerial
  accounting, cost allocation, and budget control
• Proficiency in English with
  strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience
  supporting manufacturing operations and financial systems
• Analytical mindset with a
  track record of driving financial insights and cost efficiency
• Comfortable working in a 4/1
  onsite model at the Samut Prakan plant
• Bachelor's degree or higher
  in Accounting or Finance
