WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our P3 team in Poland.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Polish real estate portfolio.
  • Perform regular variance analysis, providing clear explanations and insights on deviations from budget/forecast, preparing benchmarks, modelling scenarios and evaluating risks & opportunities.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results in cooperation with internal teams
  • Review local statutory reporting, including financial statements and tax filings
  • Develop relationships and collaborate asset management and leasing teams to assess the financial performance of properties
  • Cooperate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Continuously improve and automate financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with group reporting standards (IFRS) and statutory regulations

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • A big four background is nice to have.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in audit/controlling, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Proven experience with month-end close processes and oversight of local statutory reporting in Poland.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to link financial outcomes with operational performance.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of database systems (eg. Tableau, PowerBi).
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Critical thinking, strong sense of ownership and effective communication
