Then you might be our new Senior Financial Controller. We are looking for an experienced profile ready to take ownership and drive financial excellence in a fast-growing global trading company.
You will join our Finance, Risk, and Treasury team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial controlling and reporting across the group.
From day one, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, taking ownership of core financial processes while contributing to the continuous development of our financial setup. The role offers both responsibility and variety, with exposure to strategic projects and operational tasks.
You can look forward to:
Acting as a subject-matter expert on IFRS, local GAAP, and audit-related topics
Playing a central role in the audit process and maintaining close collaboration with group and local auditors
Contributing to reliable and timely financial reporting and delivering high-quality insights
Supporting and developing the Group valuation model and Partner Program
Driving and contributing to cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses
Collaborating with accounting teams to ensure efficient, well-documented processes and controls
Participating in monthly and annual closings in collaboration with external partners
Supporting areas such as tax, transfer pricing, shareholder transactions, cost controlling, and procurement.
Acting as a financial partner for a designated business area, providing insights and guidance
You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
You bring +5 years of experience as an Auditor and/or Financial Controller, ideally in an international group structure
You have a solid understanding of IFRS and relevant tax frameworks
You have strong skills in Excel and ERP systems, ideally Business Central
You are familiar with consolidation and BI tools, as well as AI
You work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet deadlines
You think analytically and approach complex problems in a structured way
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
You are curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes and challenge the status quo
You thrive in a scale-up environment where systems and processes are continuously evolving
