Senior Financial Center Associate - Floater

Location

Jackson Heights, NY 11372Assists Financial Center Manager in maintaining bank operations and supporting Private Client Groups and clients in accordance with all applicable Bank policies and procedures. Extensive traveling to various Financial Centers to assist with staffing.

Salary Range: $18.83-30.00 hourPay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00

Job Responsibilities:

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Back-up to Financial Center Manager.Assistswith opening and closing Financial Center; facilities issues, POD scanning, review of teller work, invoicepaymentFC proof, daily/monthly FC reports,monthlyaudits,etc.

  • Provides ongoing servicingrelationshipwith clients and responds to inquiries and requestsregardingaccounts. Assists Private Client Groups with client relationships including wire transfers, new account paperwork, foreign wires, collections etc.

  • Assistsback officepersonnel in resolving operational issues, including proof,investigationsand wire transfer requests.

  • Assists financial center management with a variety of projects.

  • Complete ongoing training asrequiredCompliance, HR, etc

  • Performs special projects, andadditionalduties and responsibilities asrequired

  • Consistently adheresto regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listedand complete required compliance trainingsAccountable tomaintaincompliance with applicable federal,stateand local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

  • Education levelrequiredHigh School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent​.

  • Minimum experiencerequired3+ Yearsof Teller experience in financial services.

  • 2 years: supervisor in a branch setting, managing tellers, compliance, etc.

  • Must be able to travel extensively to various locations in New York (5 Boroughs, Upstate, Long Island).

  • Experience working in achangingdynamic environment.
