Your Role at Sephora:

Ready for a career glow up? As a Treasury, Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be driving day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial reporting. The work you do will impact beauty, as you develop, test, and maintain complex cash flow models and financial forecasting systems across Anaplan and Excel. You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about ensuring efficient treasury operations, accurate cash flow visibility, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, test, and maintain cash flow models across Anaplan and Excel for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring robust financial projections.
  • Create comprehensive cash flow budgets, track actuals, and perform detailed variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Execute core treasury operations, including daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment runs, and bank statement reconciliations.
  • Support critical month-end deliverables, including Anaplan and SyRUS reporting, cross-functional alignment with accounting, and external audit requests.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario forecasts to support cash flow projections and cross-functional treasury initiatives.
  • Document operational processes, train team members on systems and procedures, and assist with store support activities as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Corporate Treasury, Finance, and Accounting background required with 3–5 years of focused experience in cash management and banking operations.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience utilizing treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and advanced Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and apply strategic vision to complex financial and operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving results across multiple competing priorities.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering across business units.

What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $131,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
