• Support core accounting operations, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation across multiple frameworks with accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Help transform accounting data into actionable insights that drive innovation.
• Support the implementation of scalable improvements by identifying manual tasks that can be automated using existing tools and AI.
• Collaborate globally with internal Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams, external business partners, and other departments such as Tax and Legal.
• Contribute to and deliver results in projects in a fast-moving, international, high-growth environment.
• Continuously enhance your skills by working with advanced finance technologies and global best practices.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple accounting frameworks, including US GAAP/IFRS/Lux GAAP
- Demonstrated proficiency and practical experience in core accounting tasks, including assisting with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Foundational knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms; leveraging automation tools and AI to improve processes.
- Proven ability to dive deep into data to ensure accuracy and provide clear financial insights.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and global teams to meet shared goals.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to advanced finance technologies, AI-driven analytics, and process automation.
- A natural curiosity for identifying process improvements and the drive to explore and implement scalable solutions.
- Professional accounting certification
