El Senior Financial Analyst trabaja directamente con casa matriz desde Colombia.

The SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST will provide financial analysis, modeling and Capex reporting for our international business, serving the entire international structure and reporting to the Manager of International Financial Planning & Analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics, and a minimum of 4 years job related experience.
2. Bi-lingual required: English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
3. Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Capex analysis.
4. Support cash flow and capital expenditure forecasting cycles (budgets, short-term pacing and long-range plans) for International.
5. Actively collaborate with other Area teams to improve monitoring accuracy and reporting efficiencies on capital spending, as well as avoid unnecessary CAPEX; also help lead capital investment post-mortems to assess ROI attainment and understand drivers of variances.
6. Assist in the development, design, capturing and report preparation of the level revenues and costs to enhance profitability of operations including:
7. Concession revenues and costs, revenues, rental costs, Payroll costs.
8. Interact with operating departments to interpret financial data and reports, gain understanding of data, and provide information and ideas to enhance profitability of operations.
9. Monthly maintenance, generation, and review of on-going analytical projects for senior management and operations.
10. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and information for Board meetings and other financial presentations.
11. Provide ad hoc analysis, support and reporting to senior management and operations.
12. Assist in preparing the annual budget.
13. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial models.
14. May involve some travel.
15. Ability to understand complex financial concepts.
16. Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures and practices.
17. Power BI or similar data visualization tool a plus.
18. Essbase, Workday, Nvision, SQL, or multi-dimensional database experience a plus.
19. Experience in Windows Environment, MS Access and Word.
20. Minimum of Intermediate level of MS Excel experience (5 years).
