Emplify Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our pharmacy operations, playing a critical role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. This highly visible role partners with leadership to deliver insights that optimize pharmacy programs, including 340B, and enhance overall financial outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to pharmacy and operational leaders, providing strategic guidance on financial performance and growth initiatives
Partner with leadership to develop and evaluate strategic financial plans, including pharmacy program optimization and expansion
Perform advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Lead and support financial analysis related to pharmacy services, drug spend, reimbursement, and 340B program performance
Develop interactive dashboards and reporting using Power BI to visualize key financial and operational pharmacy metrics
Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, financial models, data analysis) to manage complex datasets and deliver actionable insights

Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week
Schedule Monday-Friday Days
Location: Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only. May have occasional need to come onsite in La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.
Starting salary $78,000 and up, based on your years of experience.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an accountant, financial analyst or auditor. Experience with developing financial models: budgeting, business expansion/contracting.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building financial models
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Knowledge of healthcare finance, with preferred experience in pharmacy operations and 340B programs
Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with experience presenting to leadership
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
