Job Description

As a
Senior FP&A Analyst
, you’ll take charge of financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic insights that shape key decisions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, optimize performance, and deliver impactful reports that steer the company’s financial success globally.

• 
  Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• 
  Lead the annual budgeting process with cross-department collaboration
• 
  Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights
• 
  Improve forecast accuracy and drive rolling forecasts
• 
  Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• 
  Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders
• 
  Recommend strategies to boost financial performance
• 
  Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret KPIs
• 
  Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes
• 
  Ensure timely, accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Requirements

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Mandatory:

  Minimum
  5 years proven and relevant experience with a track record of leading the budgeting and forecasting process, financial modeling, and data analysis
• 
  Excellent
  communication

  presentation abilities
  to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred:

  Intermediate level of
  Netsuite
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  MBA
  or relevant professional
  certification
  (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
