What you will do
The Commercial Finance Senior Analyst CEEN is responsible for Business partnering activities that drive profitable growth and support key business decisional making:
Execute end to end activities related to trade promotions accounting and support additional commercial accounting processes including gross-to-net, rebates, coupons, billings, deferrals, reserves, and revenue recognition.
Provide detailed analysis on the Gross to Net (CIW) spending and profitability of products and customers.
Builds and updates reports and templates for business cases, finance performance, and any other ad hoc need
Support internal and external audit requests, partnering with Legal Entity Controllership.
Ensure compliance with the Kenvue and local regulations and drive accountability throughout the organization.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
Provide support for the financial steering, reporting and planning of the Poland commercial business
Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to ensure timely and qualitative submission for reporting and reviews.
Serves as point of contact between commercial teams and finance support functions.
Our requirements:
Must be fluent in the Polish language and have knowledge of the local Tax/Accounting requirements and US GAAP,
Min +3 years of business experience (preferred in a multinational environment), Big4 experience will be an asset,
Operational (P&L) finance experience in a commercial environment. Previous experience working in commercial finance,
Financial Planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required,
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to explain financial issues to a non-finance audience,
Must have excellent people skills, effectively work with diverse groups, and be able to work across organizational, geographical, and functional boundaries to solve problems and achieve results, great influencing w/o authority and diplomacy skills,
Share important and useful information; stay focused on the issues; foster an environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices (internal and external),
User experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP & BW knowledge is a very strong asset,
University degree in finance, accounting, or a related area is an advantage,
Must be expert level Excel user and strong PowerPoint.
