Job Description

Your Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support core Record to Report (R2R) activities for the North America region. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, partners closely with Shared Services and HR, and maintains oversight of several key North America financial processes including payroll reporting, intercompany reconciliation, travel & expense (Concur) governance, and headquarters financial operations. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process focused and committed to strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

Record to Report (R2R) & Financial Reporting

  • Support the monthly closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and core R2R reporting deliverables.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across North America legal entities.

  • Partner with Shared Service Centers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain efficient end to end R2R processes.

Payroll Financial Oversight

  • Own consolidated payroll financial reporting for North America.

  • Serve as Finance liaison with the HR Payroll team to ensure proper accounting, completeness, and alignment.

  • Monitor payroll related postings, identify discrepancies, and support resolution activities.

Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation

  • Coordinate intercompany reconciliation activities across all NA legal entities.

  • Act as primary liaison with the SSC Intercompany team to ensure timely settlement, reconciliation accuracy, and issue resolution.

  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of intercompany processes.

Travel & Expense (Concur) Financial Management

  • Oversee Concur operations from a Finance perspective for North America.

  • Partner with the global Concur team to ensure compliance with policies, proper coding, and reporting accuracy.

  • Support issue resolution, system improvements, and financial governance of T&E processes.

North America Headquarters Process Ownership

  • Lead select HQ level financial processes and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

  • Coordinate cross functional inputs to support regional financial operations and compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support other financial or operational activities as required to meet business needs and ensure overall R2R process effectiveness.

Your Profile

Skills

  • Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment.

  • Exposure to travel & expense systems (Concur), payroll financial processes, or intercompany accounting.

  • Familiarity with advanced analysis or reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, OneStream).

  • Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and cross functional initiatives.

  • Ability to troubleshoot data flow issues across ERP, tax engines, and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with master data structures (GL, product taxability, customer tax profiles).

  • Ability to communicate clearly with SSC, legal entities, and commercial teams.

  • Skilled in translating technical data requirements into clear instructions for non‑finance stakeholders.

  • Ability to produce ready documentation with clear narratives, version control, and traceability.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of Record to Report processes, general ledger accounting, and financial controls.

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
