Senior Financial Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analystto work closely with production plants, including plant Finance teams and department heads, to provide actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions in the Americas Airbags Product Line. This role reports directly to Airbags Product Line Finance director. The FP&A Analyst will play an integral role in evaluating operational and financial performance, outlook future results, and provide actionable insights to guide product line strategy, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.
What you’ll do:
Assist month‑end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting
Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management
Manage monthly Outlook and quarterly Forecast consolidation and reporting processes
Partner with Finance leadership and IT to ensure data integrity and strong controls
Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and forecast quality
Supporting analysis for performance improvement programs
Communicate clear, executive‑level financial insights to Operations leaders, and Executive Leadership teams.
Complete ad hoc analysis as required
What is required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
5 or more years of related experience
Manufacturing industry experience required
Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and tother MS Tools. Financial modeling.
Previous experience with ERP Systems, Essbase, OneStream
English language proficiency required.
Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
Willingness to travel <10% of time
