Your tasks

• Monthly management reporting package for local management and headquarters, including focus on Operations KPIs, sales and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with management team and collects inputs from Operational partners and be enable to understand the business dynamics behind the financials.
• Lead and corporate with cross functions to build up the budget for the responsible area and regular tracking. Owner of budget template, process and data accuracy.
• Continuous improvement on data visibility, variances analysis, and estimate accuracy. Ensure the whole process complete with high quality and within timeline.
• Support on the whole life cycle of Capex investment management including plan, approval, purchase, capitalization and disposal.
• Controlling and monitoring of financial activities related to Operations function to ensure adherence to group policy including inventory, provisions.
• Work closely with accounting team during the closing process including preparing the accrual for Operations cost and provide the commentary
• Analyze and monitor Operations costs to identify issue and opportunities.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. - 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis or business controlling of manufacturing industry.
• Strong interpersonal skill required to work effectively with different stakeholder
• Good experience with Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Discretion and confidentiality dealing with sensitive personnel data
