You will work cross-functionally to solve complex financial and operational challenges, support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, and provide analysis for metallics, raw materials, capital projects, and operations technology-related initiatives. • Provide analysis on key metrics and financial performance drivers to inform decision-making.

  • Support reporting accuracy, data integrity, financial controls, and audit-related requests for supported business processes.

Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization

  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and partner with business leaders to evaluate and implement strategies.
  • Drive financial process improvements, automation, reporting standardization, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, financial visibility, decision-support tools, dashboards, and operational KPIs.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting processes, controls, and procedures related to metallics, raw material sourcing, usage, inventory management, and project reporting.

Projects & Leadership

  • Serve as a financial resource for Operations Technology and digital initiatives by working with IT, Operations, Engineering, site leaders, and OT/digital leaders to evaluate project scope, financial benefits, ROI, and long-term operational impact.
  • Support capital project financial analysis, including business case development, project forecasting, ROI, benefit tracking, cost savings analysis, and post-project performance review.
