Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

Support in driving the financial planning of Asia Pacific business by analyzing its performance and risks. Act as a key liaison with Global Finance and Local Finance COE teams to ensure the cross markets analysis and reports meet the business requirements and standards. Partner with the brand teams to provide strategic analysis and financial simulation on key brand initiatives.

Key Result Areas:

• Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions.
• Support the monthly forecasting process by preparing revenue, margin and expense analysis as needed for the brand
• Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by completing financial projections, templates and risk & opportunity analysis for the local and global finance teams
• Work closely with the Operations in key business processes, S&OP & Inventory Planning
• Provide brand partnership to support strategic Initiatives and provide financial simulations for key investments and activities
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis

• Strong understanding of financial statements and US GAAP
• Strong Excel Capabilities
• Fluent in English, added proficiency in Mandarin is also preferred

• Experience
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 years related working experience in related industry (retail or FMCG preferred)

• Academic Qualifications
• Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor degree.
