Job Responsibilities:
As an important member of our Financeteamyou will:
Responsible for monthly financial accounting, including journal entries,accrualsand financial analysis, to ensuretimelyandaccuratereporting of monthly financial results forportfolio.
Prepare monthly financial reports including Income Statement
Compare actual results with forecast to analyze andidentifyareas of strengths and weakness
Develop and deliver a consistent andaccurateanalysis of business performance using KPI and non-financial data to highlight performance
Liaise with the various Managers to provide support asrequired
Review account reconciliations FA prepared
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required by Management
Train and mentor staffonbest financial practices
Assist with internal and external audit requests asrequired
Continuously improve procedures develop reports to drive insight and accountability
Job Qualifications:
At least Bachelors.(i.e.MBA,BBA,B. Cometc.)anyAccounting Certificationwillbe a good plus.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience as a senior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar position
Advanced skills and experience in MS Office Excel
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issues
Excellent communication and interpersonalsavvinessskills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management. Possesses strong leadership/command skills anddemonstratesorganizational agility
Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, work under pressure, and meet deadlines requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent technical learning, analytical andproblem solvingskills
Knowledge of IFRS is an asset
Experiencewith F&O with goodhands onMicrosoft Excel.
