$84,723.57 - $110,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

Our CCC FP&A team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team! In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Technology organization and Enabling functions. This role partners closely with Technology, HR, Legal, Facilities and Finance leadership to deliver accurate financial insights, improve reporting transparency, and support investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership tovalidatetrends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed annual budgets and monthly forecasts.

• Provide,reviewand analyze information as part of the monthly close cycle.

• Prepare variance analysis of monthly results vs. prior year,budgetand monthly forecast; month by month trends, etc.

• Develop efficient, effective operating reports on key drivers of business and company performance.

• Analyze financial data, drawconclusionsand present recommendations on decisions and actions.

• Update and provide improvements to financial models.

• Partner withCloud operationsteams to align financial assumptionsaround IT Allocations

• Assistin the identification and implementation of process improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Business field (e.g., Finance, Accounting)

• 4 + years ofFP&A, corporate finance, or related experiencein 500M+Revenue Companyrequired

• Experience with technology/IT/SaaS company preferred

• IT Finance Experiencedesired

• Understanding of accounting and financial theory

• Experience with monthly,quarterlyand annual close processes, as well as ad hoc analysis

• Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non-payroll

• Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and data visualization toolshighly desired(Power BI/Tableau)

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• High levelof intellectual curiosity, with ability to explain variances in terms of business drivers

• CPA or MBA a plus, but notrequired
