We empower marketing, sales, customer experience, and contact center teams to unlock the intent and insights within every customer interaction – driving better customer experiences, increased revenue, and improved operational efficiency. Join our dynamic, fast-growing team, where innovation and collaboration are at the core of our culture.

About the Team:

The FP&A team is a dynamic group dedicated to helping the business scale during rapid expansion. We serve as a critical partner to the organization, providing the financial modeling and in-depth analysis necessary to support sound business judgment and strategic decisions.

About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this highly visible individual contributor role focuses on financial modeling and forecasting. You will analyze financial and operational results, monitor performance, and own key components of the planning and forecasting processes while identifying ways to help the finance team scale.

You Will:

  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial data, including monthly trends and drivers, with minimal templates and guidance provided.
  • Assist with the commission process: onboard new hires, process terminations, QA Spiff calculations, distribute statements, track approvals, prepare payroll accruals, and submit data for payroll.
  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actuals to ensure continued refinement of financial processes.
  • Partner with functional area leaders on hiring and expense planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analytics requests.
  • Identify policies, processes, and tools in need of improvement and research/recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Leverage technical strength in querying and presentation tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to present findings to management.

You Have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience in Accounting and FP&A teams within a corporate SaaS environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in tools such as Planful, Tableau, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with leveraging AI/ML technologies for enhanced forecasting and data analysis.
  • Core Competencies: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data concisely to senior leadership.
