Senior Financial Analyst

Hybrid | 2–3 days/week in office

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you will own two areas critical to how we scale: integration of acquisitions and new products into our finance and reporting infrastructure and the segmented financial visibility that drives faster, better decisions, all in a team that is actively transforming how finance works through AI.

You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the entire business.

What You Will Do

FP&A Core

  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling across the full 3-statement model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Support the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes, driving alignment with key stakeholders and helping build out a smarter, AI-powered forecasting cycle that becomes a reliable decision-making tool for the business
  • Provide actionable insights and contribute to reporting for senior leadership and investors
  • Actively participate in the team's AI-driven transformation of Finance (contributing ideas, piloting new approaches)

Finance & Reporting Integration

  • Own the end-to-end finance integration for any new acquisition, internal product launch, or revenue stream - from due diligence support and billing flows through to reporting setup and cost allocation across the full P&L
  • Work closely with the VP of Corporate Development on pre- and post-acquisition activities
  • Drive the design and delivery of segmented P&Ls by product, region, revenue stream or any other dimension the business needs, so leadership can quickly answer how each segment performs and what the ROI is
  • Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks so every integration, whether an acquisition or a new internal product, is faster and cleaner than the last

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

  • Solid FP&A experience with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business, understanding of key metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC payback) and how they connect to financial planning
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable with BI tools (Omni, Power BI, Looker or similar)
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Proactive, structured mindset, you identify problems, propose solutions and follow through
  • Strong communicator in English, written and spoken
  • Agile and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift

Strong Advantages - Will Set You Apart

  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of how AI can be applied in finance, whether in forecasting, reporting or process automation and the curiosity to push it further
  • Exposure to M&A processes, post-merger integration, or finance integration work
  • Experience working in an international environment at HQ level, comfortable navigating complexity across markets, teams and time zones
