Senior Financial Analyst
Department: Finance
Reports To: CFO

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to support decision-making, improve profitability, and ensure financial discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Analyze financial performance vs. budget/forecast and identify key drivers
- Provide actionable insights to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs
- Present financial results and recommendations to leadership
Business Partnering
- Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to support business decisions
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Support new initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities
Modeling & Analysis
- Build financial models for scenario planning and investment decisions
- Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
- Evaluate ROI on projects, new locations, and operational changes
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Support implementation of systems, tools, and automation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (required); experience with BI tools a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations or business teams

- Experience with systems like NetSuite, Tableau, or similar tools
- MBA or CPA
