Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities:

Government Programs is a small, innovative, supportive and a highly collaborative Team.

• Responsible for 2-3 cost reports which includes preparation and review of MAC adjustments.
• Assist in addressing reimbursement needs of Leadership which includes researching topics and calculating reimbursement impacts of various scenarios.
• Completion of Models 3-4 times a year to support settlement entries.
• Completion of Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Requires 3+ years of cost reporting experience. (Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting)
• Healthcare industry experience
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Microsoft Excel experience (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
• HFS Software experience (Cost reporting software)
• Relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
