The Position
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data.
The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a proactive business partner to key stakeholders, leading a rigorousQSRforecasting process and providing timely, insight-driven variance analysis on both cost and revenue. The role owns quarterly and month-end deliverables, including the QSR deck, financial toolkit and model refreshes, detailed revenue analysis, and standardized variance narratives, ensuring all outputs are accurate, fully reconciled, and aligned with underlying financial systems.
In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, and financial models, while identifying risks and opportunities and communicating their impact clearly to leadership. The role will support month-end close activities, collaborate closely with Accounting and FP&A teams, and provide analytical support for audits, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc management requests.
Ultimately, this role plays a critical part in enabling informed leadership decisions through high-quality financial insights, strong ownership of deliverables, and effective cross-functional partnership.
Responsibilitiesincluded but not limited to:
Act as a proactive finance business partner to functional and BU stakeholders, providing insight-driven financial analysis and recommendations.
Lead the Quarterly StrategicReview (QSR) forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with actuals.
Own quarterly and month-end deliverables, including QSR decks, financial toolkits, model refreshes, detailed revenue analysis, and standardized variance narratives.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, revenue, and cost variances, identifying risks, opportunities, and underlying business drivers.
Support month-end close activities in collaboration with Accounting and FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting models, reporting processes, and financial controls.
Provide analytical support for audits, management reviews, and ad hoc strategic initiatives.
Ensure all reporting is fully reconciled to source systems and adheres to internal controls and financial policies.
Mentor and review work prepared by junior analysts, providing guidance and quality oversight where applicable.
Requirements
Minimum of7+years' experience in a similar role
Finalist or qualified professional accountant, or holder of aMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; preferably pursuing or holding a CA, CPAorACCAdesignation
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity or matrixed environment is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models and reporting tools.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Ability to use AI tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar) is preferred.
