Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales and performance targets (demonstrated over the last 12 months) 
• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certifications: CFP, RE5, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Extensive experience as a Financial Advisor, with expertise in managing complex portfolios.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of advanced financial products, wealth management strategies, tax regulations, and investment planning.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, communication skills, and a proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing trust-based, long-term client relationships.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with financial planning tools and software.
