About team

Financial Controlling and Analysis (FC&A) Tower is part of Global Business Operations and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The tower is responsible for the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination and management of financial and statutory reporting, the management of the P&L and balance sheet delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post accruals to ensure month-end results present a true and fair view of the company’s financial position

  • Support the accuracy and completeness of financial and statutory reporting

  • Apply financial and technical accounting expertise to reporting and accounting processes, including IFRS standards

  • Continuously supervise Balance Sheet accounts and identify any inconsistencies or irregularities

  • Support and operate statutory reporting and transfer pricing processes

Key Accountabilities

  • Support core Financial Controlling activities, including month-end and period-end close processes, journal entry preparation, financial statement preparation and review

  • Supervise KPIs and data quality while supporting Balance Sheet review activities and ensuring adherence to CARM controls

  • Ensure statutory and management reporting for the legal entities within scope is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal and external requirements

  • Prepare year-end statutory adjustments and transfer pricing reports in collaboration with local market teams and Group stakeholders

  • Support the FAC process by preparing analyses and contributing to the completion of reporting activities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional finance teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial reporting and process efficiency

About you

  • Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Qualified accountant with proven professional accounting knowledge

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial controlling

  • Proven experience working in international and multicultural environments

  • Strong understanding of Financial Controlling processes, including Balance Sheet management, Group & Local Financial Reporting, and accounting standards/principles

  • Good knowledge of Risk Management practices, including Internal Controls, Compliance, and Ethics frameworks

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the bigger picture and communicate key financial insights effectively

  • Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive and results-focused approach

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across functions and collaborators

  • Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
