In this role:

You will join the Finance to Manage (FTM) Finance Systems & Reporting Solutions team, supporting SAP FI/CO modules, OneStream and SAC solutions. You will play a key role in engaging with business stakeholders across the organisation to maintain, enhance and improve finance systems, reporting capabilities, standards and processes in line with business requirements by:

  • leading and contributing to system, process and reporting improvements that enhance efficiency, performance and continuous improvement,
  • working with Technology teams and business stakeholders to support issue resolution, system enhancements and project activities while maintaining the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of financial systems and reporting,
  • supporting and coordinating system upgrades, enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to minimise business disruption and support optimal system performance,
  • liaising with internal teams to maintain procedures and processes that support data integrity, internal controls and compliance requirements, and
  • documenting business and system requirements, providing business systems administration support and contributing to post-implementation reviews.

This role is based at our Macquarie Park team hub, and the successful candidate will be expected to meet the organisation’s 50% workplace presence requirement.

About you

You are a highly capable finance systems professional with demonstrated experience in financial systems, reporting, business requirements analysis and continuous improvement. You apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify system enhancement opportunities, support major upgrades and deliver process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency, data integrity and informed decision-making.

You possess well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Finance, Technology and business teams. You are highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes within required timeframes.
