Job Description

Job Title: Senior Financial Specialist

Location: Ajman

Company: Government

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize business performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and assist in audits.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Lead a team of junior financial staff and provide guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications (CTA, CMA, CPA, ADIT or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
