Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, payroll, and cash management.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely month-end closing.
• Manage revenue and expenditure records, cash receipts, and daily accounting operations.
• Establish and standardize financial processes in accordance with headquarters' requirements.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and annual tax returns in a timely manner.
• Assist with annual audits, annual return filings, and tax submissions in collaboration with external tax agents.
• Coordinate with outsourced finance providers on group accounting and consolidation activities.
• Support ad hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with the Chinese clients.
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in auditing, group consolidation, listed companies, MNCs, or Big 4 accounting firms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High integrity, strong professional ethics, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: RM7k - RM9.5k
