Could you be the full-time Senior Finance Project Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving the financial success of our projects Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project management, legal, and operational excellence teams), provide financial analysis and guidanceto ensure the success of the project.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing financial aspects of projects (e.g., cost, tax, hedging, financing), but also supporting new tenders finance management.
We’ll look to you for:
Participating in the overall project management process alongside the Project Manager
Optimizing the financial strategy for the project
Providing financial advice and support to the project team
Ensuring compliance with finance rules and regulations
Controlling the financial performance of the project and proposing action plans
Raising "Early Warnings" when necessary to address risks proactively
Challenging and approving project financials as per Delegation of Authority (DoA)
Supporting tender finance management
Supporting contract and claim management with a focus on financial risks

Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent
Experience in auditing or project operations (advantageous)
Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SAP
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
Robust analytical and presentation skills
Resilience and adaptability in the face of change
