At Factorial we're looking for a new Senior Procurement Associate to help us elevate and scale our Finance team's procurement function. As the person leading procurement strategy and supplier management across the company, you'll be in charge of managing Factorial's tech stack, driving contract negotiation and renewal planning, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement operations.

What you'll do 📝

• Manage Factorial's tech stack end-to-end, ensuring visibility, ownership, and optimization of all software and vendor spend.

• Lead contract negotiation and renewal planning, proactively managing timelines to avoid auto-renewals and secure the best commercial terms.

• Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments, ensuring timely and efficient procurement at scale.

• Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance across all procurement activity.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, leading negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract structure.

• Partner closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting leadership to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, drive procurement strategy, and improve processes company-wide.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, and own contract and supplier documentation management.

• Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency across the organization.

What are we looking for? 🎯

• Proven experience (senior level) in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance, ideally managing a company's tech stack and software contracts.

• Strong track record in contract negotiation and renewal planning, with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and timelines simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable negotiating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

• Takes full ownership of the procurement function, shows leadership and autonomy, and is eager to build and scale processes from the ground up.
