Senior Finance Officer

The Role
As a Senior Finance Officer, you'll provide essential financial and administrative support to the Corporate and Trust Accounting teams. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate

financial records across all entities and will help ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial operations that support service delivery and organisational performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in financial administration
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do

  • Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts
    Receivable (AR) functions for Corporate and Trust entities
  • Monitor and manage AP and AR inboxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external queries and prompt resolution of issues
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Return incomplete or incorrect documentation to relevant stakeholders for correction, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain efficient and compliant financial operations by adhering to company policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries
