Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Reap operates at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, with multiple business lines — card issuing (CaaS), payments (Reap Pay), expense management (Reap Direct), and partner card programs (CPMaaS) — running across entities in a multi-jurisdictional environment. This creates a reporting environment that is genuinely complex and technically interesting.
This role sits at the center of that complexity. You will work alongside the Reporting Lead to coordinate the overall group reporting and consolidation process, manage the team responsible for individual business line reporting, and ensure the group's financials are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You will be the person who brings everything together.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure-building in complex environments, who can manage both the technical accounting and the people and processes that make group reporting work at scale.
Coordinate the group reporting and consolidation process, working closely with the Reporting Lead to ensure all entities and business lines are closed accurately and on schedule each period. You are responsible for driving the end-to-end consolidation timeline and holding the team accountable.
Manage and develop the business line reporting team, overseeing the Finance Managers / Senior Financial Analysts who own individual business lines. Provide technical guidance, review their work, and ensure consistency in methodology and quality across the group.
Own the group consolidation workpapers, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, tiered sub-consolidation and top-level Reap Group consolidation. Ensure all elimination entries are complete and reconciled.
Drive the month-end and quarter-end close calendar, setting deadlines, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks. Continuously improve the close timeline and reduce the number of days to close.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across all entities, establishing and enforcing group accounting policies, chart of accounts standards, and reporting templates. Harmonise the treatment of complex items (multi-currency transactions, stablecoin accounting, intercompany pricing) across jurisdictions.
Design and implement reporting process improvements, identifying opportunities to automate consolidation steps, streamline intercompany reconciliation, and reduce manual adjustments. Leverage the existing data infrastructure to build scalable processes.
Prepare and review group management reporting packages, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and segmental analysis. Provide variance commentary and insights that help leadership understand group performance.
Support statutory reporting and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with local finance teams and external advisors to ensure compliance with local GAAP / IFRS requirements and filing deadlines.
Contribute to special projects such as investor reporting, new entity setups, and ERP system enhancements as they arise.
CPA (or equivalent) qualified, with 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, with meaningful exposure to group consolidation and multi-entity environments.
Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS, with the confidence to make judgement calls on complex or novel transactions and set policy for the group.
Proven experience managing or mentoring finance team members. You can set expectations, delegate effectively, review work critically, and develop junior staff.
Hands-on experience with consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation (IAS 21), and tiered or multi-level consolidation structures.
Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to work with finance data across multiple platforms. SQL proficiency or strong willingness to develop it is expected — this is a data-driven finance team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage parallel workstreams, coordinate across time zones, and keep a complex close on track.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You will interface with auditors, leadership, and team members across multiple countries.
Experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, or other high-growth technology companies.
Prior experience with multi-jurisdictional statutory reporting
Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and modern data-driven reporting workflows.

Experience with process automation in a finance context (Python, SQL pipelines, RPA).
A leadership role at a pivotal stage — building the group reporting function as the business scales internationally.
A modern, tech-enabled finance environment where SQL, APIs, and automation are core to how the team operates.
A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech company.
Flexible hybrid work environment with a global, collaborative team.
Insurance coverage after probation.
